By accessing or using GIWM (God Is With Me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GIWM is operated by Voxel Asia Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this service.
GIWM is an AI-powered faith companion service. Gabriel, our AI, offers Scripture-based reflection, comfort, and pastoral companionship grounded in the Christian faith and the NIV Bible.
GIWM is not a counselling service. Gabriel is not a licensed therapist, pastor, priest, or mental health professional. Conversations with Gabriel do not constitute professional advice of any kind — spiritual, psychological, medical, or legal.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
You may use GIWM without an account as an anonymous visitor, subject to usage limits. To access the full service, you must register with a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
GIWM offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
The journal feature is optional and available to registered users. Journal entries are encrypted client-side using a key derived from your email address. This protects entries against database exposure but is not zero-knowledge — GIWM staff with full code and infrastructure access could in principle decrypt them. We do not access journal contents as part of normal operations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are solely responsible for your journal entries. You may delete them at any time. We are not liable for any loss of journal data resulting from account deletion, email address changes, or technical failure.
Conversations are not stored by GIWM. When your session ends, the conversation is gone. We do not retain transcripts.
Your messages are processed in real time by Anthropic's API to generate Gabriel's responses. By using GIWM, you consent to this processing.
Gabriel is an AI. His responses are generated and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation. Do not rely solely on Gabriel for decisions affecting your wellbeing.
All content, design, and code comprising GIWM is the property of Voxel Asia Sdn Bhd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of GIWM without our written permission.
GIWM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Voxel Asia Sdn Bhd disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of GIWM, including but not limited to reliance on Gabriel's responses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of GIWM shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GIWM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of GIWM after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
